Call me a fan of music. I'm partial to acoustic singer/songwriter stuff in the tradition of James Taylor and Carole King. I believe in supporting my local music scene. I like to keep my ears open for interesting music, just a little left of center. Check here for my take on music and musicians you might not hear on the radio. Your input is valued. Please comment. Please share your own finds! Happy listening! I ditched the Ping play list in I-Tunes. Too complicated and restrictive.Let me know if there is a way to set up a player on this blog using my own mp3s.

Here are some photos from our trip to MaryAnn's home in Las Vegas. The out door pictures are at Red Spring on the back of Red Rocks. We picnicked and "hiked" there. The shopping shots are from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. As you can see, we had a great time!
Very cute pictures. You'll have to hit Vegas again in the winter and really make it worth the trip--or better yet, when it should be spring in Utah and isn't yet. I really enjoyed visiting, and next time maybe I can hang around a bit more.
You click on the pictures and then drag it where you want in your text. I usually type everything firtst, put some returns in where I want the pictures, upload the pictures and then drag them where I want them. The borders around my pictures just come with my background, I think. Try uploading a background from "The Cutest Blog on the Block" and you will probably have them too. You might not like the backgrounds, though, they are kind of girly.
